This is your central hub for the Supervisor Leadership Excellence Programme. Use this page to access your eLearning, download your learner handbook, check what's coming up next and find the key resources you need throughout the programme.
Your learner handbook is an important part of the programme. Once downloaded, you will use it to record your Apply in Practice activities, buddy check-ins, line manager reviews and reflections as you progress through each module.
At the end of the programme, you will return to this page to submit your completed learner handbook for assessment and certification.

Below are the modules and workshops you will complete as part of the Supervisor Leadership Excellence Programme. Please add the workshop dates to your calendar now to ensure you are available to attend.
Each classroom workshop is supported by a short Required Pre-Learning module. Please complete the relevant pre-learning in the LMS before attending each session. This will help you arrive prepared and allow the workshop to focus on discussion, practical activities and workplace application.
After each session, you will complete an Apply in Practice activity and record your reflection in your learner handbook before moving on to the next module.
This opening session introduces the Supervisor Leadership Excellence Programme and explains how the learning journey will work. You will be introduced to the programme structure, learner handbook, Apply in Practice activities, buddy check-ins, manager reviews and certification requirements. The session will also clarify what is expected of you throughout the programme and how to use the LMS and resource hub to stay on track.

This workshop focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma tools to real operational improvement opportunities. You will build on the Lean White Belt eLearning by exploring practical approaches to identifying waste, understanding process variation, analysing root causes and supporting continuous improvement within your work area.
